Lemon Pound Cake

Process:

First Step

Mix in 50g of butter and 1 cup of sugar in a bowl.

Second Step

Add the eggs, 4 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of lemon shell and 1 cup of milk. Whisk it very well.

Third Step

Add 2 cup of self-rising flour and mix it.

Fourth Step

Grab a pan, over it with parchment paper and add the previous dough.

Fifth Step

Bake it in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes. Let it chill.

Sixth Step

Now we make the icing. Whisk 1 cup of powdered sugar and 5 tbsp of lemon juice in a bowl.

Seventh Step

Pour the icing over the pound cake.
