Oreo Cookie Cheesecake

First Step

Grab 200g of oreo cookies and crush them into small pieces.

Second Step

Melt 100g of butter and combine it with the crushed oreo cookies.

Third Step

Grab a pan, cover it with film paper and spread the previous dough to create a base. Let it chill in the fridge.

Fourth Step

Put in a bowl 300g of cream cheese, 150g of cream and 6 tbsp of sugar.

Fifth Step

Mix it very well.

Sixth Step

With the oreo cookies left, crush them and combine them into the mix.

Seventh Step

Spread the mix over the base done before and let it chill on the fridge for at least 8 hours.

Eighth Step

Unmold the cheesecake, decorate with more oreos and enjoy!
