First Step
Mix in 100g of butter and 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl.
Second Step
Add the egg and the vanilla. Combine it very well.
Third Step
Add 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and mix it.
Fourth Step
Grab some mini rounded pans and cover them with some partchment paper. Fill them with the previous dough.
Fifth Step
Bake it at 180° for 25 minutes. Let it chill.
Sixth Step
Once baked, take the base from the pan. Spread some dulce de leche over it.
Seventh Step
Now beat up the cream until it is quite firm.
Eighth Step
Spread the beated cream over the dulce de leche.
Ninth Step
Cut some strawberries into slices. Place them over the tart.
Tenth Step
And ready! Let it chill for some minutes and it is ready to eat.
